Michel did his first solo flight on Friday 16 January 2026! He was on board of the OO-ECO, one of our Robins DR400. He took off from Namur aerodrome (EBNM). Our instructor Luc cleared him for solo!
Michel started his PPL flight training in another school a few years ago and had already been cleared for solo, but in a totally different plane. He started with us in July 2024 and has only been trained with Luc.
Congratulations, Captain! Being cleared for solo at 73 years old is amazing, you can be so proud of yourself.
